Terms of service
1. The confectionery sells shipments of pastry products and gifts via the internet. Orders are accepted through the website, by email, or by phone (yuliya.golitsyna@gmail.com, +48 511 513 882).
2. Deliveries of products within Kraków and the surrounding areas are carried out by the online confectionery [panzefir.pl](https://www.panzefir.pl/).
3. The descriptions and photos of the products are the property of the confectionery.
4. Some products may be subject to promotions. The terms of purchase under promotion may differ from the terms stated in this regulation. The promotion lasts for a specified period and applies only to selected products. Customers will be informed of the specific promotion terms through various communication channels used by the confectionery.
5. All prices presented in the store include VAT and are valid at the time of placing the order. The buyer also bears the delivery costs specified in the delivery terms and costs.
6. The confectionery fulfilling the order may contact the recipient by phone to confirm the delivery time and address unless the ordering party has objected to such contact in the order details.
7. In case of non-fulfillment of the order due to the customer’s fault, such as providing an incorrect address or unjustified refusal to accept the order, the confectionery reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of these products and delivery. The confectionery is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver the shipment resulting from incorrect recipient data, lack of positive payment authorization, or the recipient's absence at the provided address.
8. The order is processed after payment verification using one of the accepted payment methods.
9. Changes to the order can be made by phone or email within 60 minutes after placing the order. Placing an order and making the payment are mandatory conditions for a successful contract.
10. The sales agreement is concluded in Polish.
11. Withdrawal from the contract does not apply as it concerns perishable goods prepared to the customer's order.
12. The confectionery reserves the right to make changes to the order according to the product substitution policy.
13. The confectionery reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the delivery of the purchased product is not possible or if the price displayed in the offer is due to an error or actions of third parties. In such cases, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded within 7 business days.
14. The owner of the online store ensures the protection of all personal data obtained in the course of its activities in accordance with applicable laws (the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data and its subsequent amendments).
15. The confectionery reserves the right to use the provided email address for marketing its products if the customer has consented. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
16. Polish law applies to purchases made in the online confectionery, specifically the Act on Electronic Services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204).
17. Matters not regulated by these regulations are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
18. The regulations specify the rules for purchases in the online confectionery. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of all provisions and information contained in these regulations.
